Ideation to Concept
After conducting the first interview and the preliminary research to understand the context of the case owner, we already started with the initial ideation. This ideation was quite narrow and laptop-solution focused. Through a second interview and more research, we gained a broader view, leading to 5 rough, concept directions covering different problems the case owner faces in their daily life. With these directions in mind, a co-design session with the case owner was planned and conducted. From this session, we gained valuable results such as their preferred style and concept direction. After going through the results again, the final design challenge and list of requirements was made. These were used to create a concept, which was presented at the concept presentations.
