Initial Design Challenge

The initial design challenge that we identified is:

‘’We need to design a product that minimizes the case owner's neck pain while they work on a laptop, by accommodating their preferred working posture that is not supported by current laptop designs.’’

Based on the first interview that we had with the case owner, it became clear that the biggest challenge they face is their inability to work on a laptop for extended periods, as this requires looking down, which causes significant neck pain. We wanted to design a product that could help with this issue, allowing their to work more comfortably.

After a few weeks of working on the project, it was now time to present the our findings en get feedback with the context presentation.
